Who Are We?
We’re Richah UK Ltd. We’re a team of three based in the Lake District, and we spend our time building software that actually works for the people using it.
Most of the businesses we talk to have the same problem: something in their day-to-day is slow, annoying, or broken, and "off-the-shelf" software doesn't fix it. Usually, it's because you find a tool where one part is exactly what you need but the rest is just in the way, or it’s missing that one specific thing that would actually make your life easier.
That’s where we come in. Whether you’re a one-person shop or a massive company, we listen to what’s getting in your way and then we write the code to clear it.
The "Vibe"
We’re what is known as "vibe coders." It sounds a bit informal — possibly like something a teenager would say while failing a computer science degree — but it’s the best way to describe what we do. You tell us what you’re trying to achieve, and we build it with code. It could be a custom database, an e-commerce site, a piece of accounting software that doesn't require a PhD to navigate, or an AI tool that handles the repetitive stuff you’re sick of doing. If it can be built, we will build it. We don’t use templates, we don’t do off the shelf, everything is coded to do what YOU need it to do.
Just the Three of Us
We’re a small, yet specialized team. We don’t have sales reps, account managers, or layers of middle management; when you talk to us, you talk to the people actually writing your code. Between us, we’ve got the coding, the design, and the marketing covered (you can find out more about each of us here). Having these three distinct skill sets is what makes the difference—it means when we build something, we’re looking at it from every angle to make sure it’s useful, easy to use, and actually helps your business.
This direct way of working keeps things honest. If we don’t think a specific idea will work, we’ll tell you, and if we know a different way will work better for your business, we’ll advise you on that instead. Because we work so closely together, we can flag issues early—whether it’s a design that’s impractical to build or a feature that doesn't actually add value. We just focus on finding the best solution for you.
No Price Lists
You won't find a price list on our site because we don't do "standard" jobs. Every business is different, and we’re not interested in charging you for a bunch of features you won’t use. We’d rather have a proper chat, figure out what you actually need, and give you a fair price for the actual work we will be doing.
