Built for Your Desk, Not Everyone Else's

We don't do "off-the-shelf." Why? It's simple really. A lot of the frustration with modern technology comes from trying to force your business into a template that was built for someone else. At Richah, we create software which is adapted to you, not the other way around. Every project we take on is built from scratch, made to your specific requirements and your unique way of working. You aren't getting a generic product that looks like everyone else's; you're getting something designed specifically to help you clear your desk. Here's everything we do:

Websites (The Content-First Approach)

We build fast, responsive, custom websites. We use AI to help with writing code, which means we can work faster and more accurately, but every site is hand-finished to ensure it has that "human touch" and your specific voice. Importantly, we don't just build the site — we fill it with good content for you, so when we hand it over, it's complete, professional, and ready to launch. This is one of the biggest benefits of having us build a custom website for you — you get a finished product that's ready to work for your business straight away, without you having to spend days or weeks writing content and figuring things out.

The Starter Website: £92.50 – £500

Perfect for small businesses that just need a solid, professional online presence.

What you get: A clean 4–8 page site, responsive design, contact forms, SEO foundations, and we add all the initial content so it's ready to go live. Page count includes Privacy and Terms and Conditions

Typical delivery: 1–7 days.

The Standard Website: £500 – £1,500

Our most popular option. Great when you need your website to work harder for you.

What you get: A more comprehensive site with stronger SEO, basic integrations, and we fully populate it with content so it's launch-ready.

Typical delivery: 7–14 days.

Advanced Website / E-commerce: £3,200 – £5,500

For when you're ready to sell online or need more complex functionality.

What you get: Full shop features, secure payments, advanced pages, and we add all the content so it's launch-ready.

Typical delivery: 3–8 weeks.

Website Management (The Professional Support)

A good website needs regular updates to stay useful and visible. Many business owners don't have the time or the expertise to keep adding fresh content and looking after SEO. That's why we offer ongoing management — we keep your site fresh and working for you. We do the writing and the uploading for you, it's yet another thing you can tick off your "to do" list. Plus, because every site runs on our own system, RiCreate, we can schedule and post those to your website and we can also post directly to your social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X).

The cost of us dealing with your content creation depends on how active you want your site to be and how much work is involved with each update. Simple text and image changes are quicker, while more in-depth content (such as writing new descriptions, optimising images, or creating more detailed pages) takes additional time. This is why we show a range for each level. Our management packages include hosting along with full technical support.

  • Light Management (£140 – £220 per month)

  • Best for: Local companies and trade setups that just need to show customers and search engines they are open and trading.

  • What we do: We write and publish two clean, professional updates to your website and your social media channels every month (spaced out roughly every fortnight). This includes secure hosting on our custom platform with zero third-party plugin headaches, and we manage your Google Console setup to ensure your new updates are actually found, indexed, and appearing in local search results.

  • Standard Management (£280 – £420 per month)

  • Best for: Growing businesses looking to build steady local traction and stay ahead of the competition nearby.

  • What we do: We write and publish one comprehensive, high-value update to your website and your social media profiles every single week (four updates a month). This covers ongoing layout maintenance to keep pages looking sharp, premium custom hosting, and active Google Console management to push new content to search engines and resolve technical errors before they hurt your traffic.

  • Active Management (£950 – £1,350+ per month)

  • Best for: Larger or busier websites that need to stay highly visible and constantly updated.

  • What we do: We drive your visibility with daily updates published directly to your website and your social media accounts (Monday to Friday). We write regular guides or articles designed to pull in search traffic, publish your latest projects and customer reviews to convert visitors into clients, and fully handle your hosting on our custom platform. We proactively manage Google Console to ensure search engines index your new pages immediately and keep your search presence performing at its absolute best.

Custom Software & Apps (The Problem Solvers)

When we talk about software and apps, we mean systems built to help a business work—not necessarily something downloaded from an app store.

That could be a focused tool for one important process, an application used across several areas of a business, or a larger platform that connects staff, customers, information and outside services.

The prices below are guide prices. Every project is different, and the only way to receive an accurate quotation is to talk to us about what the software needs to do. Those conversations are free, with no obligation to proceed.

Starter Custom Tools: £3,500–£6,500

These are purpose-built systems designed to take control of a clearly defined area of a business.

That might be a stock and equipment system used across a warehouse and several vehicles, a secure document process with different levels of approval, or software that gathers information from several sources and produces useful reports automatically.

The scope is focused, but the work does not have to be simple. These systems can include different users, calculations, automated communications, reports, imported data and connections with software you already use.

Typical delivery: 2–4 weeks.

Mid-level Custom Apps: £6,800–£11,000

These projects usually bring several processes or areas of a business together.

The software might manage customers, jobs, stock, documents, bookings or staff activity in one place. It may replace several disconnected subscriptions or remove the need to enter the same information into different systems.

There may be several types of user, each with different access, along with customer accounts, staff dashboards, approvals, automated communications or connections with outside services.

Typical delivery: 1–3 months.

Complex / Larger Projects: £12,000–£25,000+

These are larger systems that support important or complicated areas of a business.

They may include several organisations, large numbers of users, live information, payments, detailed reporting, complex permissions, location tracking, automated documents or connections with multiple outside systems.

We normally divide larger projects into clear stages. This allows you to see the system developing, begin using the most important areas sooner and make informed decisions before we move to the next stage.

Some projects will exceed £25,000 because there is no sensible upper limit to what custom software can contain. If that is likely, we will explain why and discuss how the work could be divided into manageable phases.

Typical delivery: 3 months or more.

These prices and timescales are intended to give you a realistic starting point. They are not fixed packages, and a smaller project can still involve technically complicated work.

The RiCollection

Not every project needs to begin with completely new software.

The RiCollection is our growing portfolio of complete, working applications. Each one has already been built to solve a particular business problem and can then be adapted around the way your business works.

There are no fixed RiCollection prices. Some applications or features may be included with another Richah service at no additional charge. Others may only need straightforward setup and customisation, while applications such as RiNet can become substantial projects involving several departments, custom modules, existing data and complex permissions.

Starting with a working application can reduce the amount of development needed, but it does not place an artificial limit on the size or capability of the finished system.

The final cost depends on the application, the changes required, the number of users, any existing information or systems involved, and how the software will be hosted and supported.

Our dedicated guide explains exactly how RiCollection pricing and customisation work.
